3 match points coming for Lucciana's opponent.

Aggies drop a 2-4 decision to Georgia. Mentally, LP just couldn't get over the hump. That was college experience vs college inexperience.

And with that loss, and with what I've seen throughout the weekend, I think it's fairly clear that we are not the favorites in the SEC. I'd give Georgia the edge. I feel like we will be 0-1 behind in many matches in the SEC and we don't have the depth and experience to win 4 singles matches consistently.

Disappointing indoors for sure. Expected so much more. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain we've lost more matches this year than we have in the previous 2 years combined. Huge gut check for this team.

This is correct. We are basically down 0-3 against most good teams and hoping and praying 1-4 can win their singles matches. That's not a formula for victory most matches.

Perhaps, but both Mary and LP are incredible indoor players. I'm not sure indoors had much to do with the outcome.

Auburn turned around and smacked UF 4-0 today. They are a good team and we are a full notch better than them. I don't think there's any chance of a national championship, as we would have to pull off 2-3 "perfect" matches by 1-4 at the end, but an SEC title and a run in the NCAAs is still a lot to play for.

Georgia also beat Florida 4-0. They aren't as strong this year. I don't believe Georgia, or San Diego, or Miami are national contenders.

Disagree but hope I'm wrong. Edit to say; LP lost - as one other person pointed out - 7 deuce games (many of them after being up 40-0 and 40-15 in the 3rd set alone). That has nothing to do with indoors and everything to do with experience. Similar to Mary not losing the important deuce points late in the 3rd. Experience and guts.
