Someone go watch practice and see if Carson is practicing any doubles. I know she won't play tomorrow but she was practicing this morning. 4 days before the SEC tournament.

Why wouldn't Carson play in the doubles? Couldn't imagine that this is even up for debate?

Idk but I expect to see her in the doubles lineup. If we had 3 teams that were consistently solid then I'd leave it alone. The fact is, we have one. Lines 2 and 3 had a chance yesterday to prove a point and they crashed and burned. Leave line 1 for sure. Maybe put Carson and nicole at 2 and Sydney and Lulu at 3? That would be my thoughts. Or keep Carson and Nicole at 3 to hopefully dominate. Put Sydney and Lulu at 2?

The only reason it's being talked about is because when I was talking with one of the girls whose opinion matters she only mentioned Carson playing line 3 singles. That sparked the debate because of the lack of mention with doubles. Talking with another girl, she mentioned that Nichole and Carson MIGHT play. The lineup for SEC has been submitted now we just wait and see. A change can be made between SEC and NCAAs. IF Carson and Nichole pair up then they will probably play the 2 line with Lulu and Jennette dropping to 3.

If Mark is serious about winning, Carson will be in the doubles also.

She's playing doubles. Zero chance she won't.

She's a doubles junior grand slam champ. Why wouldn't she play?

Carson and Mary were undefeated in doubles last year before Carson was hurt and they have both improved. That includes a win over UNC's #1. If they play together, they'd win the NCAA doubles title.

Easy decision is that Carson is playing doubles. Hard decision is the lineup.

Right. I think we understand that. At this point it looks like Mary, Nicole, Mia and then M&M in doubles.

Should have worded better. Hypothetical. I know she doesn't have the matches / ranking. Just stating I think they'd be the clear best team in the country.
