Definitely not trying to put words in Harry's mouth, but this is what I got out of what he said: We lost 3 All Americans that were all fan favorites, each in her own way. The "glue" or chemistry that a team (a national championship team) needs to have is something more that what we had last year. It's an intangible basically indescribable aspect that you know is missing, but there's almost no way to make it understandable to the outside world. Sort of like us as Aggies. We can tell people about our love for the school, but until you experience it there's no way you can actually understand it. I don't in any way think we were fractured as a team in unity last year, but this year seems like that unity is just going to be stronger BECAUSE of the loss graduation handed us. I say we saddle up and get ready to enjoy a hell of a ride. We're going to get a really good taste of what to expect (good or bad) REAL quick this year playing USD and Stanford in their neck of the woods. Watch the girls OFF the court as much as we do ON the court and see if you don't agree that the cohesion we have is even better than what it was last year.
