What a night for Cos-Okpalla! 14 block assists and 6 kills on .556 hitting. She was already #16 in the nation in blocks per set and this should vault her much higher!
Thanks for all the updates. I know it might seem like you are posting to yourself during the matches sometimes, but that's not the case. I rely on your updates to keep up with the games and I know others do to!

I haven't seen Utah St this year. Watched them in person last year twice. If they are close to the same TAMU can our athlete them this year. I enjoyed (and cheered for them in the Mountain West tournament) but they are smaller and not as good across the board.
So happy to have been right. Just got home from the CSU match, couldn't wait and checked Texags to see our girls win, now I'm watching the game and enjoying what I know will be a victory!!!
Thanks I appreciate that! I figure not everyone can watch the game so I try to post updates for the few that pay attention! I was just following along the box score because I have spectrum 
I will add that the Utah St. Team we whipped tonight had pretty much everyone back from their tournament team last year that won the MW conference. So not top level but a scrappy good team that can be trouble. TAMU was dominate. I haven't been this excited for VB in college station in years. Maybe not Stacy Sykora or Jenna's last year but I'm drinking the Kool-Aid!

Coach is doing a great job and I like the way he's trying promote the program. Feels like more social media push than last year. The product is looking pretty good but need more fans to come out and get a taste for it. Only 2300 some odd fans in attendance which is about average for us last year. Tough for alumni for midweek but a campus our size should be able to hit 4-5K easily.
agreed. I'd love to have the students get us to top ten in attendance. Last game I attended was subdued…. Let's have us go on a run. We have tickets to Tampa. Not getting ahead of myself but I'm planning just in case!taylorswift13 said:

We were 18th at 1877 in 2021
Yeah Jamie and the entire staff were on campus around the MSC giving away tickets and t shirts to students! This staff is working relentlessly to get people to Reed and the girls are very active about it on social media as well! Their play is backing it up, it's time for Reed to be packed and rowdy!

I guess I was a little disappointed in the numbers after building momentum and excitement. Plus overall excitement for the sport in general from the Nebraska 92k event.
Maybe 2300 is pretty good for a non-conference unranked game and my expectations are too high.

Even. We need better atmosphere more than numbers in my opinion. Football fans aren't the same as VB fans. Different atmosphere and needs. Doesn't help that Reed isn't setup for VB.

Would love to bring my family out to see this team! Couple questions from those in the know.
1) is the ticket policy for infants the same as Kyle? Out of the womb, they need a ticket? I've got a 9 month old.
2) is the best place to buy tickets off the 12th Man site? Or is there a hidden secondary market somewhere where to find a better deal?

Absolutely dominated the net last night. Having three pins that can terminate the ball at any given moment has changed the squad. You could just key on Logan and Caroline last year. The middles and Ital are, obviously, holding down the blocking at a very high level. Just a completely different feel to the team. Way more aggressive .... Really interested to see how we respond when we play a team as athletic as us.
Brought my family last year for the first time to the Kentucky game and got 2nd row tickets from the 12th man site behind the opposing team bench. I bought them like 1 day prior and I don't think they cost that much either. Sat near the Kentucky family/friends as well as in front of Aggie volleyball alums which was neat.BryanAggie2013 said:

Otherwise the ticket exchange should be easy to find good and cheap tickets.

NCAA stats are updated including games yesterday.
Ifenna is now #1 nationally in blocks per set, and the team overall is #3 nationally. Pretty impressive stuff, even if it is still early in the season.
