According to the Eagle, she still had two years left on her contract and she will be paid in full for those remaining years.

"Kuhn's contract, which was extended in June of 2020, was set to expire in January of 2025. Per the contract, which was obtained by The Eagle per an open records request, the university will pay Kuhn the remainder of her base salary for the final two years, which totals $560,000, and will be paid out monthly until the original ending date of the contract or until she finds another job."

Yeah I am gonna say she is gonna wait for that bad boy to run out instead of finding another lower paying job

- Where on main campus should we rebuild G. Rollie?

The master plan had the proposed volleyball arena/facility at the south parking lot (RV lot) of Olsen Field. Think is was for both indoor and beach volleyball

Old softball field location would actually be a good spot for it but I am not invested in the inner workings of urban college development

Heard t.u. is about to start their beach volleyball program. We need to step it up. Maybe a new volleyball complex could entice a bigger name to hop over.

Folks on Volleytalk think that Texas' beach program will be like Nebraska's where it's used primarily to get indoor girls more sanctioned practice time, rather than a true sand program like LSU.

Will A&M include beach soon and if so, will that affect the indoor hire? With how big the beach scene is getting in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, we really should have a beach program.

Also, I'm assuming the UH coach is getting a hard look due to his ability to build a program and his knowledge of Texas recruits.

Do we hire a male or female coach or male? Did you know a female head coach has never won a National Championship in volleyball?

I wouldn't have anything regarding that in my selection criteria.

We need to go out and find the right coach - no specific demographic box to check in any category.

I do find it incredible that no female coach has won D1 volleyball. There are several top notch ones.

Beggars can't be choosers so we just need anyone that can get us back into the tournament for starters.

I believe the payout would be an offset so to speak. If she was to take an assistant job for say 100k we would owe the extra $160k to make her whole. If not now reason to take a full time job during the next two years as I doubt she gets any head coaching job for anywhere near that amount and no assistants get that much other than maybe one or two
