Just walking in, Rupp part of a lead pack of 5 or 6 through 18. Women have a lead pack of about 15 through 14 miles.
Rupp has built a 30 sec lead through 22 miles. Women still bunched up after 17 miles.
1 mile left for the men. Rupp up big and the final 2 spots are up for grabs between Abdirahman, Korir, and Riley.
Women are starting to spread out some at 20 miles.

Abdirahman and Riley look to be dropping Korir.
Tuliamuk and Seidel breaking away. Kipyego in 3rd 8 sec back. Thweat and Linden chasing.
1.5 miles left Tuliamuk and Seidel look to be in easily and Kipyego has a 15 sec lead over Thweatt for 3rd.
FYI - Health & fitness board has quite a few ppl interested in things like this. More discussion over there.
This is a track and field question. I wonder if USATF and/or World Athletics will relax qualifying standards for the Olympic Trials and/or the Olympics themselves since athletes will have fewer opportunities to reach the current qualifying standards.
They should just bump to 2022 then get back on schedule in 2024. No way this thing is completely wrapped up by July.
I strongly believe the Olympic Games will be played but not until next summer. There is no way to postphone the event this summer for three or four months.

The World Championships are supposed to be next year at Eugene. I wonder if it gets cancelled or postponed a year.
Or have both?
