G Guerrieri

Head Coach

The only coach in program history, G Guerrieri is one of the winningest coaches in Division I soccer with 394 career victories. In 2014, the four-time conference coach of the year led the Aggies to their best season in school history. In addition to winning both the SEC regular season and Tournament titles, A&M reached the Women's College Cup for the first time. With Guerrieri at the helm, the Aggies have won nine regular season conference championships, seven conference tournament titles and reached the NCAA Tournament each of the last 20 seasons. After years of success in the Big 12, his program had no trouble transitioning to the SEC, winning three titles in three seasons. Also, Guerrieri has been instrumental in creating one of the best atmospheres in college soccer. A&M's Ellis Field has led the nation in attendance on four separate occasions.

Phil Stephenson

Associate Head Coach

The 2014 South Region Assistant Coach of the Year, Phil Stevenson has been on the Texas A&M coaching staff for 17 seasons. During his tenure the Aggies have reached the NCAA Tournament in every season, including 12 trips to the Sweet Sixteen and five Elite Eights, culminating in a 2014 College Cup berth. A&M has captured eight regular season conference crowns and six tournament titles sine Stephenseon's arrival. He previously spent four years as the head coach at Methodist College, where in 1995 the Monarchs reached the Division III championship match, earning Stephenson conference and South Region Coach of the Year honors.

Lori Stephenson

Assistant Coach

During her 14 seasons at A&M, Lori Stephenson has been a key element in Aggie Soccer’s success. With her assistance A&M has reached 14 NCAA Tournaments and won eight regular season conference tournaments and six tournament crowns. In 2014 the Aggies reached a program-high 22 wins while advancing to the College Cup. They also became the first SEC team since 2001 to win both the regular season and tournament championships. Before arriving in Aggieland, Stephenson spent time at both Blinn College and Methodist College, in addition to various other contributions to the soccer community nationwide.

Tom Milroy

Strength & Conditioning

A Scotland native, Tom Milroy is entering his second season with Aggie Soccer. Before coming to College Station, Milroy worked with University of Portland's men’s and women’s track and field teams and men’s and women’s tennis teams, while also working with five other sports as an assistant. He had previously spent time at Lindenwood University and Oregon State as a graduate assistant and intern, respectively. He honed his soccer expertise as an intern at Athletes Performance LA where he worked with the LA Galaxy in 2013. He was previously a four-year letterwinner at Montana State University-Billings, where he was named team captain and MVP his last three seasons.
