Love the hurdle addition! We are in desperate need for a high hurdler! And this guy is gonna be a beast! If he can go under 13.5 his senior year this year, then come to Aggieland, oooooh boy!

Kai is a GREAT signing! With Connor Schulman (hopefully in the 13.5 range this Spring) and freshman Landon Helms we will be loaded! Now if we can also sign Louisiana prep Louis Ridge we can hopefully extend our success in the longer hurdle event.

Can't wait! Henry will always have a 400 hurdler in contention too! I bet Kirk Collins makes a huge junk this year!

Wow I can't believe this… losing Miller, Mpoke, and Emmanuel Bamidele is horrible… not to mention Lance Broome and Devon Achane… what transfers are we bringing into replace them

Henry is definitely losing his touch just retaining his current athletes. Why is there such attrition??

I also notice on the tweet they have him as mid-distance.
Is it that he is transitioning to 800m from 400m hurdles or is he doing 800m indoors and 400m hurdles outdoors.

Also wondering why no roster has been up yet. I cannot remember if this ever happened being at the end of year and no track roster posted. Maybe they are waiting on the January transfers to come first. Whatever the reasons I hope we expect some top athletes. I agree we have been done good with recruiting high schoolers but not so good with the transfer portal.

Aside from Landon Helms possibly, and some depth to the 4x400… we have not done anything to replace all our scoring production! Our 4x100 is going to be weak losing 3 of the guys, we lose two of our top 400 runners on the 4x400, and now our best 400 hurdler… our men will struggle to score nationally and keep up with others if we don't land some mid year transfers, but Pat Henry seems to struggle with the transfer portal, it has only been a net negative for us

Our women's side seems to be okay even though we lost some quality seniors in Deborah Acquah, Deshae Wise, Kaylah Robinson, and Charokee Young who went pro, and Laila Owens to the portal… Henry brought in some quality sprinters via the portal and freshman… don't think we'll have a hurdler or triple jumper who will score and losing Young's split will hurt us. The Texas women may have 3 girls who can run under a 50.5 and Florida is loaded in every event.

Confused why we don't have a roster up yet also, other schools have had theirs out for over a month… our program does suck at keeping us fans in the loop! If we were the favorites or dominating, it would maybe be excusable

Also can't believe we are struggling to bring in 800 meter recruits/transfers…

Still no write up about our recruiting class either, just graphics that were days late… we get more info on the track program here on this forum! Unacceptable!
