A&M Regents green-light Jimbo Fisher extension to 2031, raise to $9M annually
Following an Orange Bowl victory and top-4 finish, Texas A&M is deepening its commitment to Jimbo Fisher and the long-term future of the program. The System Board of Regents today empowered President Kathy Banks to amend Fisher's salary in a 10-year deal for $9M annually.
New contract in place for Sherman
A&M head football coach Mike Sherman has agreed to a contract extension with the University on the eve of the 2011 season. Gabe Bock provides the official length and financial terms included in the new deal.
