Key notes from Bruce Gietzen interview

  • The Lamar Hunt Lifetime Achievement Award is the most prestigious honor that the Texas Sports Hall of Fame gives, and we've only given it out seven times previously. It started in 2006. We don't give it out a lot, but we give it to people who demonstrate sustained excellence in their sport, make meaningful contributions beyond the sidelines and shape the future of their sport.
