  • Marcel Reed has had some incredible moments. He's a great quarterback. He probably gets some shade other guys don't get. I wouldn't discredit that. If you are looking at it from the NFL Draft perspective, there's a strong argument to say he's not a top-100 football player. Is he a top-100 impact player for his school? No doubt.
