Trisha Ford's Aggies added seven portal pieces

Through graduation and the portal, Texas A&M softball lost 11 players, so Trisha Ford & Co. added seven transfer portal pieces this summer. Between offensive firepower and important depth in the circle, the Aggies look to build on a 2026 campaign that saw them go 38-19 overall.

After an early exit from postseason play and notable position players departing from Texas A&M’s roster, Trisha Ford & Co. hit the portal to combat needs and missing pieces.

All said, the Aggies conjured up a durable top-three national transfer class, according to Sports Illustrated.

In total, 11 players left the program after the conclusion of 2026.
