  • The first thing that comes to mind is durability. Some of it has to do with the genetic makeup of the person. Some people are more prone to ACL injuries than others. I do think that having a strong core and lower body is so important to playing the quarterback position. As I got stronger as a player, I was able to spin the ball better. Make more throws, my arm consistently got better as I got bigger and stronger.
