Charean shares thoughts on Mike Evans' move to San Francisco

I talked to someone in the Bucs organization, and when they had their talks, Evans said the room was too talented, and he didn’t want to hold the young guys back. He wanted to be the No. 1 receiver. They said, “You will be the No. 1 receiver.” I think he wanted more targets than he felt like he was going to get in Tampa. He’s probably right.
