The Texas A&M men's track & field team claimed the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championship. This marks the men's fifth outdoor victory and head coach Pat Henry's tenth national title in his twenty years at A&M. The men had two individual national champions Sam Whitmarsh in the 800m and Aleksandr Solovev in the pole vault. As well as two runner-up finishes from Ja’Qualon Scott in the 400m hurdles and the boys of the 4x400m relay to win their championship.
The Aggies sat in fourth place in the team standings going into the last race, leaving it up to the men's 4x400m relay group and needing eight points. Auhmad Robinson battled running the last leg to help the Aggies secure second place with a season-best time of 3:00.73, giving them the eight points needed to win the title.
On the women’s side, they secured a third-place victory. Winny Bii won A&M’s first NCAA title in the women’s triple jump, and Jaiya Covington secured runner-up in the 100m hurdles to assist in their third-place finish.
