Baseball Thoughts: A bewildering, unfathomable weekend vs. Mizzou

Bewildered. Befuddled. Addled.

I don't often get confused when attempting to analyze the game of baseball, but I can say I have no idea how, after all the goodwill that had been built up over the better part of six weeks, we arrived here.

In no way did I see a series sweep — the fourth of the season for this Texas A&M team — at the hands of Missouri unfolding this weekend at Blue Bell Park.
