On Friday’s edition of TexAgs Live, Kay Naegeli took us Around Aggieland and provided updates on all things Texas A&M as fall sports continue. Football takes on Mississippi State, volleyball hosts a pair of matches and much more.

Football
Coming off of the bye with a 5-1 record, the 14th-ranked Aggies look to pick up where they left off as A&M carries a five-game winning streak into Starkville.

  • Saturday: Mississippi State — 3:15 p.m. on SEC Network

Recruiting
Mike Elko & Co. have their quarterback in the class of 2026 as Draper (UT) Corner Canyon signal caller Helaman Casuga has given his verbal pledge to Texas A&M. A 6-foot-1, 200-pounder, Casuga picks the Aggies over fellow finalists USC and Washington.

Volleyball
Back home at Reed Arena after a 2-1 road trip, a pair of tough conference contests vs. No. 23 Florida and Arkansas await Morrison’s Aggies this weekend.

Soccer
With only a trio of matches left in the regular season, Texas A&M soccer is entering “must-win” territory as the Aggies seek to improve their RPI standing following back-to-back losses.

The Maroon & White seek to bounce back on Friday as LSU comes to College Station at 7 p.m.

Softball
Ford’s Aggies will begin fall ball, already hosting Blinn CC and McLennan so far, but a familiar foe looms as Texas will come to town on Friday.

  • Texas at Davis Diamond, 7 p.m. (7 inn.)

Track & Field
A&M will host the Arturo Barrios Invitational to put a bow on the 2024 regular season with the postseason looming, which they will also host here in Aggieland.
