It's the weirdest thing, he's honest without giving bulletin board material, speaking in Head Coach yet providing fresh insights while still not giving anything away. He somehow oozes both confidence and a sort of "aw shucks" low key attitude.

Probably the kind of coach who just needs to frown and shake his head and you know you done wrong

It's also almost impossible to catch him off guard with a question. And you can tell when he already knows what he wants to say, but unlike Jimbo he politely waits until the full question is asked before answering. Very refreshing.
