New Name to Know
RB Jayden Miles, Baton Rouge (LA) Catholic – 2027
Word is quickly making the rounds about the 6-foot-2, 205-pound standout with a 32-inch vertical leap.
Miles is currently preparing for his first varsity season, but he just wrapped up an impressive spring. A high academic in addition to his athleticism and a rising standout at one of Louisiana’s top programs, college coaches did not hesitate to throw their hats in the ring as offers arrived from Texas A&M, Florida State, Oregon, Ole Miss and Baylor.
He describes his running style as relentless due to his determination and refusal to quit, and his role models include Jahmyr Gibbs and Ollie Gordon. His sub-varsity tape shows it, and his spring tape reinforces it.
Miles is driven by a strong support system of family, coaches and teammates who push him towards greatness on a daily basis, and he strives to show others they too can reach new heights.
Quickly becoming a known prospect by college coaches, he is primed for a busy summer. He will visit and attend camps at Florida State, Texas A&M, Oregon and LSU, and it is a safe bet his offer list will grow quickly over the next few months.
In addition to football, Miles is also preparing to run track next spring as a sophomore.
