Elko & Co. making a strong impression on 2026 LB Jamarion Phillips

Dallas (TX) South Oak Cliff 2026 LB Jamarion Phillips was a terror for opposing offenses during the 2023 season, and his recruitment is starting to take off. On Tuesday, Texas A&M extended an offer and Phillips already has plans to get visit College Station in the near future.

Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko stopped by Dallas (TX) South Oak Cliff late last week, and on Monday, defensive line coach Tony Jerod-Eddie extended an offer to 6-foot-1, 220-pound 2026 linebacker Jamarion Phillips‍.

“It feels good,” Phillips said. “They’re a good program. I like the program. I like the coaches. It just feels good to pick up that offer.”

A few aspects of the Texas A&M program are quick to jump to his attention.
