That sacred cow gonna be poopin out a lot more embryo's. Whatever we do let's not setup the next coach in another business other than coaching.

So we fired our vastly underperforming coach after 6 years, and tu fired their previous 2 coaches after 3 and 4 years, respectively and they are doing it right but we've made a mistake?

They're right in this... They don't accept mediocrity. They expect results for their money, and if a coach doesn't deliver, they can his ass and keep going till they find one that does.

Maybe we ought to emulate that.
