Our football culture is toxic

Firing coaches every 5-6 years does no good, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Wouldn't insanity include keeping the same coach and expecting different results?

I really hate to say this, but I think this is the game that cost Fisher his job.
Not saying fo fire him today but a change is now clearly needed.
When was the last time any Mississippi school out recruited us?
Why are the "alleged" talent players on this team not playing up to their so called potential?
It gets back to coaching and the coaching has been a failure.far to long.
This is a very immature inconsistent team and that too is on the coaches.

People are still saying this team is loaded with talent. The fact is they don't have any talent ion this team, other than dline and here and there players. How can we watch this and think thIs team is loaded with talent? it's the single biggest reason we are where we are in year 6. Combined with no development and what appears to be pathetic strength and conditioning, they are what their record says they are. Avg. The worst recruited position group by far is the oline. Followed closely by dbs. Then lbrs.

Below .500 ball in the SEC over six years, bro. Six years is tried. It may not be insanity but it would be considered dumb by any measure to stick with the same coaching staff. The entire CFB world can see it. You have to keep searching until you find the guy who can change the culture.
