Feelings of family and mentorship led Dominick McKinley to Texas A&M

Lafayette (LA) Acadiana five-star defensive lineman Dominick McKinley‍ kept the experts guessing over the last few weeks.

But on Friday afternoon in front of friends, family, and coaches at Acadiana High’s Dave J. Cavalier, Jr. Athletic Facility, he ended the mystery.

Dominick began by thanking God.

Then he thanked his mother, Angie, and his father, Deryk.

He thanked his coaches, his community, his brother and sister, and his girlfriend.
