Texas A&M, Kentucky and Miami are the schools 2027 Burleson (TX) Centennial linebacker Aston Whiteside has narrowed his focused on, and this summer, he will take an official visit to all three campuses, beginning with Aggieland this weekend.

Texas A&M will host its first round of summer official visitors this weekend, and 2027 Ramsey (NJ) Don Bosco LB Mikahi Allen will be among the top prospects on campus. There are a few aspects of the Aggie program the 6-foot-2, 220-pounder will have his eye on as he returns to Aggieland.

At 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds, Ramsey (NJ) Don Bosco linebacker Mikahi Allen picked up a Texas A&M offer in May, and Travis Williams is currently leading the Aggies' recruiting efforts. Allen visited Aggieland this spring, and he has an official visit set for the end of May.

Texas A&M extended offers to brothers Adrian and Amiir Woodward back in January of 2025, but earlier this month, the twins made their way to Aggieland for the first time. After the visit, a few aspects of the A&M programs impress the standout cover men.

Fort Worth (TX) North Crowley cornerback John Meredith and Cedar Hill (TX) defensive lineman Jalen Brewster both made appearances at the Under Armour camp this weekend in DFW, and the Aggies have been a topic of conversation in their respective recruitments.

Fort Worth (TX) North Crowley WR Hayden Green is one of the top up-and-coming prospects in the class of 2028, and the Aggies extended an offer in April. With spring football right around the corner, Green is focused on developing his receiver skill set to get faster and stronger.

Orlando (FL) Jones 2027 EDGE Frederick Ards III got his first chance to check out Texas A&M this past weekend as one of two prospects on campus. After coming to campus, Mike Elko gave him a visit, allowing the Aggies to make this top-five list.

Wintery weather kept 2027 Leesburg (GA) Lee County wide receiver Jaden Upshaw from making it to Aggieland over the weekend, but the All-American does have Texas A&M among his top six schools as he eyes a visit in March, along with an official in May.

At 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds, 2027 Waxahachie (TX) Edge Sedrick Marsh saw his recruitment take off in the spring, and Texas A&M was among the first to offer. On Friday night, Marsh and the swarming Indian defense paved the way for a 37-20 win over North Forney.

Earlier this week, 2027 Hattiesburg (MS) Oak Grove defensive tackle Deven Robertson released a top 10 list, and as he nears his Jan. 10 commitment date, the Aggies made the cut. Robertson is 6-foot-3 and 320 pounds, and he visited College Station for Texas A&M's "Operation Blackout" game.

2028 edge rusher Ke’Drid Smith is already making a name for himself along Texarkana Pleasant Grove's defensive front, and after a recent visit to Aggieland for "Operation Blackout," Mike Elko & Co. joined his rapidly growing list of offers.

2027 Chandler (AZ) Basha offensive tackle Jake Hildebrand was back in Aggieland over the weekend as Texas A&M hosted Mississippi State. With Kyle Field dressed in black, the atmosphere and the 12th Man truly impressed Hildebrand and his family.

Last weekend, the Aggies hosted a number of top prospects, and two of the nation’s top 2028s were among those on hand. Don Bosco (NJ) CB Phoenix Evans and Converse Judson (TX) OL Jai'Storm Knight got their first glimpses of Kyle Field on game day as Aggieland impressed them both.

Over the weekend, 2027 St. Charles (MO) Francis Howell tight end Jack Brown made his first visit to Texas A&M to see the Aggies host the UTSA Roadrunners over the weekend. Following the initial trip, Brown is already planning to return to Aggieland.

On Friday evening, Mike Elko and the Fightin' Texas Aggies received their 26th commitment in the class of 2026 as Pascagoula (MS) safety Tylan Wilson picked the Maroon & White over the likes of Clemson and Arkansas.

2026 Duncanville (TX) defensive end KJ Ford has had a busy official visit season, and over the weekend, the standout took a trip to College Station for another look at Texas A&M. With his family in tow, Ford was able to spend quality time with quality people in Aggieland.

2027 Garland (TX) Lakeview Centennial cornerback Montre Jackson has been on college radars for years, and his offer list has become a who’s who of college football. In mid-May, he received his offer from Texas A&M, and on Sunday, he was back in Aggieland.

On Wednesday at 2 p.m. CT, 2026 Mansfield Timberview safety Chance Collins will announce his college destination between four finalists: Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Utah and West Virginia. Before he makes his decision, Collins was in Aggieland on Tuesday for 7-on-7 camp.
