Enjoy Ep. 40 ... we recorded last week but had a couple of hold-ups. My apologies on that. We dive deep into the 12th Man+ fund, the ACC's shaky ground, the Brandon Miller situation at 'Bama and a lot more.

Following the money discussion on bama would have been beneficial to discuss what their decision has cost them and the potential to cost them for continuing to play Miller. My take is that the DA made it clear they weren't going to be charging Miller with anything and Miller will be going pro after this year. It won't have any negative repercussions on bama and will only make them more money by continuing to play him.

The other part of the discussion that continually gets left out is that he used his car to block the victim's car from leaving. He clearly didn't think his friend needed the gun for defending himself but was aiding his friend in being the aggressor and knew it. Akin to holding someone while your friend hits them, and you can claim you didn't hit the victim. Total joke the DA says they don't have anything to charge him on.
