'I was happy about it': 2025 TE Davon Mitchell receives Texas A&M offer

It was obvious at first glance that the recruiting momentum could build in a hurry for 2025 Allen (TX) TE Davon Mitchell‍. 

At 6-foot-4 and 226 pounds, Mitchell was quick to catch the eye on the sidelines of Allen Eagle varsity games. He was already a standout at the sub-varsity level, and the buzz could already be heard around the program. 

This spring has vaulted him into the spotlight.
