TA: How did your first conversation go with Coach Snyder?

Michael Richardson: "Coach Snyder and I talked for about 30-45 minutes. It was cool. We talked about the future and how he thinks I can impact the team on defense. He told me that I have the chance to be a big piece of what they want to do. He's a cool dude. I know I'm going to like playing under him. He's a little quiet right now, but he's really cool and chill.
