Texas A&M basketball's road contest with Arkansas rescheduled for March 6
One of Texas A&M’s eight postponed men’s basketball games has been rescheduled.
A&M announced that the game at Arkansas, originally scheduled for Feb. 6, will be played in Fayetteville on March 6. The announcement came in a release from Texas A&M’s Sports Information Department on Thursday afternoon.
Tip and television information will be released later.
The Aggies (8-7, 2-6) have not played since defeating Kansas State 68-61 in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Jan. 30.
Since then, they’ve had eight games postponed or canceled, including games at Missouri on Saturday and at Kentucky on Tuesday.
A&M also had a Jan. 20 game at Vanderbilt delayed.
COVID-19 issues forced the delay of seven of the games, and a game against Alabama scheduled last week at Reed Arena was postponed because of inclement weather.
The Aggies also still have a game scheduled against Mississippi State at Reed Arena on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
