Aggie basketball unable to close out LSU despite season-high 14 threes
Through more than 38 minutes Texas A&M appeared to have remedied the turnover bug that’s afflicted the Aggies much of this basketball season.
When it mattered most, though, the Aggies (8-7, 2-2) suffered an untimely relapse.
Two crushing miscues in the final 90 seconds opened the door for LSU (12-4, 4-0) to force overtime and ultimately topple the Aggies, 89-85, on Tuesday night at Reed Arena.
Josh Nebo scored 20 points and had 9 rebounds to pace the Aggies.
