Cover Story: A&M's grit and growth apparent in physically dominating win

On the Ags' first possession of the game on Saturday night, junior quarterback Kellen Mond dropped back and was absolutely obliterated by South Carolina linebacker T.J. Brunson. Brunson was ejected for targeting, and a Seth Small field goal gave the home team an early lead. Mond took an equally vicious hit from two Gamecock defenders the next time the Aggies had the ball, this time from future first-rounder Javon Kinlaw.
