What are the chances that struggling second-year coaches like Tennessee’s Jeremy Pruitt and UCLA’s Chip Kelly get fired after just two seasons? Are buyouts simply so big that programs are forced to keep head coaches on even if they’re convinced there is no long-term future? -Daniel

As frustrating as those situations may be for the fans of those teams, it probably would take a disaster…
