2021 RB Camar Wheaton already garnering attention from top programs

The 2021 class has arrived and several prospects are already becoming household names across the state. In 2017, Camar Wheaton proved he, too, should be mentioned when talking about the top prospects in the class.

As a freshman, the 6-foot-1, 190-pound running back led Garland Lakeview Centennial with 880 yards and 11 touchdowns on 68 carries in only eight varsity games. 

He began the season on the freshman squad, but it did not take long for his coaches to move him up.
