Reserve running back Kendall Bussey scored on a two-yard run midway
through the fourth quarter and Daniel LaCamera added a late field goal
to lift Texas A&M to a lackluster 24-14 college football victory
over Nicholls State on Saturday night at Kyle Field.
The Aggies (1-1) raced out to a 14-0 first quarter lead as Kellen Mond connected with Christian Kirk for a 27-yard touchdown pass and Trayveon Williams had a 17-yard run. But the offense went stagnant from there.
