2018 Manvel OLB Brian Johnson commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M received its first linebacker commitment in the class of 2018 today as Manvel's Brian Johnson made the call for the Aggies. Johnson recently released his list of top schools, which included Baylor, Missouri and Louisville, among others.
At 6-2 and nearing 200 pounds, Johnson has consistently run blazing fast 40 times, having logged multiple marks hovering around 4.4. There's no question that he is one of – if not the – fastest linebacker prospects in Texas.
Coming out of head coach Kirk Martin's storied Manvel program, Johnson is the first linebacker commitment in the Aggies' 2018 class.
