A little Monday afternoon Aggie baseball scatter-shooting from my back-studio desk after a 2-1 series win at LSU…
• What a win for Texas A&M on Saturday. A&M was on the mat and almost down for the count, trailing 3-0 in the ninth inning with Caleb Gilbert on the mound for the Tigers and playing in front of a loud and raucous Alex Box Stadium that could taste the series victory. But there’s something about this young and inexperienced baseball team that just doesn’t quit.
