Howdy! If you’re an Aggie student who likes things like basketball, free food and a chance to win $1,000 to Best Buy & VIP tickets to Rev Fest, then you’re officially in the right place.

We’re excited to be hosting the first TexAgs 3-on-3 Student Basketball Tournament on Saturday, April 22nd from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the A&M Rec Center.

Oh, and it’s totally FREE to sign-up a team and participate in the tournament! 🙌

**MEN'S DIVISION IS FULL, but we're still accepting team registrations for the "wait list" in case any registered teams have to withdraw from the tournament

**ONE SPOT LEFT IN THE CO-ED DIVISION and we'll also accept registrations for the "wait list"

The winning team of each division will receive a $1,000 gift card to Best Buy AND four VIP tickets to Rev Fest at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater with headliner, Fetty Wap, on Saturday, April 29th. Prime Social Group produces and hosts some of the nation's largest collegiate music festivals. They are bringing the first annual hip-hop and EDM festival, Rev Fest, to College Station this year and YOUR TEAM could win VIP tickets to the event (if you win the tournament, of course).

Details:

The tournament is open to all current students at Texas A&M (who have a student ID…so you can actually get into the Rec Center).

There will be two separate divisions: a “guys-only” bracket and a “co-ed” bracket with 16 teams in each. There can be up to four players on one team – with three starters and a substitute player – and each team is guaranteed at least 2 games. Co-ed teams must have at least one girl on the court at all times.

One person will complete the online form to register their entire team for the tournament and that person will be considered the "team captain".

You will provide a team name on the online registration form, and each player will receive a t-shirt with your team name. Please keep the team names appropriate. Tournament organizers have the authority to change or remove any inappropriate team names.

For a full list of rules and regulations click here.

Free food and t-shirt will be provided for all players. Also, DJ Mike, the official DJ of Texas A&M Athletics, will be providing music and hanging out with us all afternoon.

The registration deadline is Wednesday, April 5th, but be sure to sign up early to guarantee your spot.

You can register for the tournament here.

If you have any questions or problems with registration, just email cat@texags.com, and we’ll be glad to help.

We played in one of these but it was short full court and 9'4" goals. We ended up playing the Aggie team and Tony Barone Jr was on the team. My friend asked
if he was a package deal with his dad and his own teammates laughed at him.

I want Hickory High to play in this, and I want it televised so I can watch, and then I'll either criticize him on TexAgs if he loses, or if he wins opine that the other team should have won but he got lucky.

No. I hated that rubber court, too, but the Read was bad ass.

No. This was at a frat. Don't remember which.
