Well in the first half I was kind of slow like on offense, we were all going kind of slow, and in the second half I said we have got to pick it up and whenever the game was on the line I had to step it up for my team and got the interception.

That's technique that coach Joseph teaches me. Every time I go down here, he's always helping me get better.
