Notes from Jimmy Wright's thoughts on Eluemunor
- Watching Eluemunor in practice and when he redshirted, and knowing how good of a coach Jim Turner is, makes you think he will have a good season this year.
- Eluemunor is an ideal type of guard because of the way he is built and because of the foot speed he has.
- He's a very strong presence at the guard position and should help the breakdowns that occurred in 2015 from happening as often this season.
Notes from Jordan Pugh's thoughts on Eluemunor
- Excited for Eluemunor's potential, but at the same time, there is still a whole lot of unknown with him. He played well when he saw the field but we don't know how he will play when he is the full time guy.
- Eluemunor is in the perfect position to excel this year, especially with Turner coaching him up. He has everything you want when it comes to physical ability, but we haven't seen it consistently enough yet.
- One worry is that Eluemunor is still pretty raw and it's already his senior year. However he has the people in place in Mazzone and Turner to get him to be the best player he can be in a short amount of time.
Notes from Evan Eike's thoughts on Eluemunor
- Eluemunor is very raw, but physically he's got the strength and the size to play at the next level. He may need to work on understanding the game more, but that will come through working with Coach Turner and through game reps.
- You've got to be strong and have a solid base in order to take on double teams on the inside of the line and Eluemunor has that. That strength will be a huge asset for him this season and going forward.
