Getting to know A&M shortstop Kenny Jackson

Kyle Cunningham: Leading the Big 12 in fielding percentage and really living up to “have glove, will travel.” Can you talk about the improvement the team’s made on defense?
Kenny Jackson: “When we went into this year, improving our defense was a big thing that we were focusing on because it was weak last year. It lost us some games and gave us some problems. This year with the new bats there was a stress on pitching, defense and the little things in the Fall and prior to the Spring.
