On what the team has & can accomplish...
"I'm feeling really good about it. We feel like we've not necessarily been off, but not playing all the way up to our potential so far in some of the games we've played. Lack of energy, or lack of concentration in some games, but then we will have games that we will play like at Arkansas where we come together and it's just a great game, same with the second half of the LSU game. I think those are the games that show how good we can be, and show that we are really looking forward to the rest of the SEC."

On committing to Oklahoma at 14 years old...
"I think why I committed was just because I had always gone up to OU and OSU and it was easy to avoid the process by committing that early and it just seemed right. But as you go along there are other things that become more important when you get older in high school and you think about what you actually want to do in college and some of the other things that are more important. When that happened I realized that that wasn't the place to be."

On what changed her mind to come play at Texas A&M..
"I came here for a camp that A&M happened to host, but it wasn't and A&M camp. I drove around the campus with my mom as we were kind of involved in the camp everyday. I really enjoyed it. I really just loved the campus and it looked like a great place to be, so that's when they asked me if I wanted to take a visit after the camp. I was like 'yeah, of course'. While I was here they took me around campus and I really enjoyed it. What I enjoyed most of all was that I didn't see anything in the basketball facility besides the camp. Everything they showed me had to do with school and I think that really showed what they value in this program and I liked that the best."

On the reaction of her family when she chose Texas A&M...
"I think the best demonstration of how they reacted was from my mom and Nana. They know me the best and we got in the car to go back home and we were driving and my Nana just started crying. She said 'I know she's gonna go there' because looking at me and the way I was reacting to everything she just knew that it was something that I fell in love with immediately. She's retired now, so her and my mom are able to come down a lot. I really enjoy that I'm able to have my family here. Then we moved to the SEC and I have family on my dad's side in Georgia and they are all there and we travel around there a lot. It really ended up being a perfect fit for me.

On Texas A&M's computer engineering program...
"When I had looked it up in high school the program was number nine in the country. I think the only two schools that were competing with that on the list at all that I was getting recruited by were Texas A&M and Texas. I took a visit up there but I ended up choosing Texas A&M by far as far as the basketball program mixed with the engineering and all people I had met. This was just the place I wanted to be with the traditions and everything."

On disassembling and reassembling an electric scooter...
"My mom got me an electric scooter sometime in middle school in either sixth or seventh grade and I was driving around and I said 'I can just take it apart' so I tried to take it apart but I couldn't put it back together all the way so I just put it in the corner and then when we moved my mom realized why I had stopped riding it because I couldn't get it to work anymore."

On the biggest influence in her basketball career...
"I would say my mom definitely just because my mom and Nana both, as far as finances and being able to travel so much, because thats one of those things a lot of people talk about how a lot of talent gets looked over just in any sport in general. One of those things is being able to travel and get out of where you are and make sure people see you. I think that credit goes to them completely as far as getting me on a team.

"I played with with Jordan (Jones) and them, and Chelsea (Jennings) and Curtyce (Knox) in Dallas and I wasn't from there so it took my mom being able to go to some camps. I went to a Baylor camp and that's how I hooked up with them and I ended up playing with them for four years and continued that into college. Them being able to help me get around and get myself seen and make me get up and go work out in the morning is definitely what I would say influenced me."

Describe the team in three words...
"Three words...goofy. Goofy is a good one. Together and motivated."
