Tuesday notes on Fasusi and Rogers
Let's talk Lewisville 5-star OL Michael Fasusi. The Aggies and Longhorns have been in pursuit and have both been to Lewisville in the last few weeks. However, the big red flags went up in Norman, Okla yesterday when it was reported he will be in Austin on Saturday instead of Norman. Then reports quickly surfaced he also has a visit scheduled to College Station the weekend before signing day. Up until yesterday, the thought was he will be in Norman for the Oklahoma-Alabama match-up, the change in plans should be a huge cause for concern to Brent Venables. It is also a massive opportunity for both Texas A&M and Texas. Other than that it is a bunch of muddy water. I have had sources tell me with confidence if he flips it will be to the Longhonrs, and I have been told by others Texas A&M would be the favorite. Both Texas A&M and Texas have a strong case and both have been heavily involved throughout his recruiting process. He has made multiple visits to all three programs and he has long standing relationships at each school. The Aggies, Horns, and Sooners have all captured momentum at different times during the recruiting process, and his August decision came down to the three programs. Right now it is hard to say with any confidence which way he will go, but it is clear the Aggies are right in the thick of the race as Signing Day nears. Now for Mesquite Horn All-American OL Lamont Rogers. He visited over the weekend and I continue to hear the Texas A&M momentum is trending in a positive direction. Three visits this fall is definitely a positive sign of interest and the most recent trip being for the New Mexico State game I read as a good sign. Rogers is not one to say a lot, and there is not a whole lot new to dissect right now, but I continue to like the Aggies' chances.

Texas A&M currently seeing November results on the recruiting trail
It is almost mid-November, and Texas A&M has already welcomed one commitment during the month with the potential to make even more additions. The Aggies currently have time, momentum and opportunity, a combo that tends to lead to results on the recruiting trail.
