via twitter Hoza stated he was suspended from last nights opening game and reinstatement for the year is in question, unofficial but have heard from multiple people may be a positive steroid test involved. Hope this talented athlete gets straightened out

I don't know all the guidelines an how often they test but here is one article about testing

Even in BFE Wichita Falls, we have been randomly drug testing our athletes since 2005. We finally ran out of money this, so no more testing.

I was tested last year as a senior in high school. UIL pulls a number of kids from every sport, guys and girls, freshman to seniors.
