Logan going another spot makes sense bc she plays the same position as the best player in the league Jordan Thompson who is on Houston

With substitution rules similar to international, Logan's play time was severely limited playing behind JT. Hopefully Lednicky learned a lot last season and will be utilized more at SLC.

Whichever LOVB team wants to win they need to get more of the gang back together to keep this real life Mighty Ducks franchise rolling. They probably need one of Coach Woods / Walton / Fiorenza too, and we all know Jamie is coaching them in the Olympics finale.

LOVB Minnesota is followed by AggieVolleyball on Instagram so that's probably where Morgan Perkins is going

Keep in mind, the LOVB structure is the players contracts are with the league, not an individual team. The league makes the decisions on who plays where.

I assume the idea is to have balance in the league so you have lots of close competitive matches rather than one or two dominant teams.

The other factor would be to draw eyeballs. Houston coach understood that last year and would play Logan for a half rotation. But as mentioned with limited subs, they could really only sub in Logan one time per set. Back half of the season, Maddie was usually subbed in with Logan.

I don't think Salt Lake coach understood that concept. Plenty of opportunities to sub in Ifenna were ignored. Third set, up 2-0 with a significant lead in the 3rd, in Houston, the same match where Jamie and the Aggies were recognized pregame… nope, no need to sub in Ifenna.

There was something wrong in the situation with ICO. Not sure we'll ever know. SLC coach just didn't want to play her at all no matter what.

Yep. And Jordan Thompson was varying degrees of being visibly less than pleased whenever this sub happened. This year she is the only OPP on the Houston roster...

I don't really know JT other than she's the best OPP for USA volleyball. Her stats are already really good. I would hope she took Logan under her wings a little. It's only 3 rotations per set and that goes by fast.

I didn't watch many Houston matches though.

"On the Move" is correct, seems like all former Aggie players are on a different team this year.
