well deserved! Trev knows volleyball. I'll be interested in learning what the package is. Morrison needs to be locked up for as long as he wants to coach here. Hopefully the assistants are taken care of as well. That coaching staff cares for each other and I would love to see them stay together for a long time.

He's really good at player development and very good at in-game coaching. Just a quick reminisce of the championship run gives me chills.

Pretty sure Jamie signed an extension after making it to the sweet 16 in 2024. That is actually a close parallel to Elko making it to the CFP in 2025.

I'm curious if Morrison gets an auto extension clause like Elko where he gets a year added whenever he meets some goal (9 wins for Elko). Maybe something like make the NCAA tournament.

I've heard Morrison talked a few times about the reasons he chose A&M. He liked that it was a blank slate in terms of a program but also a loyal fanbase that mirrored his values. I believe he loves it here and as long as we can continue to give him the resources to be successful he will stay.

As someone mentioned, the biggest challenge will be how long can we keep this staff together. Like any HC, I'm sure Jamie has back up plans for each but they do work so well together.

I suspect Jen sticks for a while, as long as we treat her fair.

Lindsey was HC at OU. Not sure if she wants to give that another shot. Although I suspect with the Assoc Head Coach title, we should be able to pay enough to keep the list of attractive opportunities limited.

We promoted Jeff to GM last year. That seems like it would provide some ability to keep the competitive offers limited.
