When I got colds I'd try all sorts of things to knowck them outvitamin C, echinacea, nothing. Only thing that worked (every time) was an herb called astragalus. It's an anti-viral (allegedly). There is of course no solid peer reviewed evidence it works against Covid (as with many things), but I've been taking it since the pandemic started, and this is just my anecdote. If interested read a little about it…lots of info on the inter webs. Good luck!
