I tested positive Sunday. Symptoms started previous Friday. Starting feeling great by Tuesday pm. Followed dr rev cocktail. I feel great now.

I felt about 75% for somewhere between 24 and 36 hours. Been about 95% until last night, but I did a lot of yard work yesterday. Stupid I know, but I don't sit still very well.

Is there a sticky link to Dr. Rev's cocktail?

I'm on the D, C, Zinc, Z-Pack and Steroid combo. Used Tylenol and Advil the first 24 hours or so.

There's really no need to quarantine any more once you test negative, you're done. At least that is being pushed by many like Dr. Monica Gandhi. Just get well and you're good to go!

I tested positive Thursday. Pretty much ruined Christmas plans.

Depends on what type of normal health you're in. I trained with heavy weights during my entire bout with Covid. I just listened to my body. It was saying full steam ahead so I trained. I'm like you. I don't sit unless I feel like trash. Felt pretty good the whole time except the first day I showed symptoms.

Spent some time, maybe an hour, with relatives at their house. 3 hours later, they realize on of the kiddos has a fever, took them in for testing and its positive.

How concerned should we be? My family is all vaxd, most with the booster. Kiddo was mainly resting under a blanket, so not running around breathing on everyone.
