I got 2 Pfizer jabs. Time for my booster. Healthy 61-year-old. Got Covid in February and two vaccine shots over May and June. Should I get Pfizer or Moderna for booster?

Getting a booster makes no sense for you.
For whatever reason, the doc I spoke to said to just stick with whatever you had earlier. I know some people have wanted to avoid the Moderna side effects, but I have been told by everyone that the half-dose booster does not have the same horse kick as the original vaccination protocol.Quote:

Similar here. I had called my doc's office. I guess they get this question all day, every day - they quickly just told me to stick with whatever I got first time. I'm sure that's an easy answer.Windy City Ag said:For whatever reason, the doc I spoke to said to just stick with whatever you had earlier. and this is why I TexAgs - thanks for the response. Quick google and this looks like a great option, didn't know it existed.DannyDuberstein said:
Get an antibody test to see how you stand
there is actually a lot of data to suggest a "booster" that is different from the vaccine originally received actually provides better protection. Which would mean anything but Pfizer is the correct answer.Matsui said:
