There seems to be no differentiation when people refer to "un-vaxxed" people; yet, over 100 million Americans have already been infected.
Under this current spike, there are estimates in some states of up to 20% breakthrough cases from vaxxed people but there is very little news attributing the spike to reinfections (second-time infections).

So, let's get this straight from most protected to least.
1. Recently infected (within a year) regardless of vaccination status.
2. Recently vaxxed (within 6 months) . Anyone want to differentiate based on which vaccine?
3. Healthy children under 12 Un-vaxxed.
4. VAXXED people beyond 6 months, no prior infection.
5.. Healthy adults with BMI under 25. Un-vaxxed

6. Healthy seniors. Un-vaxxed.
7. Unhealthy young adults. Obese and overweight. Starting with BMI > 35, then > 25. Unvaxxed.
8. Unhealthy seniors. Unvaxxed.

Do you agree or disagree?
From this point, this is an indication of hospitalization risk and should shape our vaccine approach.

Probably pretty close to right but I'm not sure duration since infection or vaccine has really been determined as a factor yet.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/01/europe/iceland-testing-coronavirus-intl/index.html

https://www.news.com.au/world/coronavirus/global/iceland-deals-with-growing-delta-outbreak-as-high-vaccination-rates-stop-deaths/news-story/b970a814615715e573d67b3a1c1525f0

These articles are over one year apart. The first suggests as of APR20 that over half the cases are asymptomatic while fast forwarding to the aug21 article where ~85% of the total population is vaccinated. Perhaps its safe to say that a large % of people have natural immunity along with a vaccine.

"Now [AUG21] the sparsely populated island has more than 1590 active cases. About 20 are in hospital, with a quarter of those in intensive care. While that doesn't sound like many, in such a small country even that number puts a strain on its healthcare resources."

A month prior to the above quote, Iceland only had two active cases. So, does the vaccine or natural immunity from a non-delta variant even matter? It's like we're starting over again.

8900 total cases and 30 deaths
