We stayed to ourselves. We wore our masks like we were supposed to and [thinking] just that's not going to affect me.

Don't know about you guys, but I am beginning to think that youtube content creators sometimes make the videos that will get them the most views.

My county had 52 covid cases in the hospital on July 12th. Friday it was 675 with 228 in the ICU.

No, most people don't. Outside of hospitals life is pretty much back to normal save for the few places ignoring the law.

Still waiting for the drop off.
Looks like Arkansas and Missouri have peaked. Florida looks like they are peaking as well. Of course, now school is open. Hopefully won't see a further surge in cases.
I'm still so sad about how many of these people just flat-out refused to be vaccinated based on what they read on social media. Losing so many young people now.

Where have I seen this before? Oh yes, every quarter or so for the last 1.5 years.
The goalposts are gonna continue to move until someone throwing darts claims victory. Go figure a for-profit YouTube channel has a take.

My work is better than ever. Every business around me is open at full capacity. My kids schools have no masks. No one wears masks in our businesses or stores, even big box stores.
For us it's over.

BTW, we were 25th in the country for covid deaths in 2020. Very obese place.
We peaked at over 1,100 covid cases in county hospitals last summer. Mobile morgue refrigerator trailers were brought in.
