I don't know where they are getting their data, but they have Hays County wrong. Hays county has never had 167 active cases. There have been a total of 176 cases so far, the current number of active cases is 65. The peak of 81 active cases was hit on 4/21 and again on 4/28.
I wonder how much of the rest of the data is wrong.
